Our Customer Service department has access to the most current information, which is why we suggest you try to reach a representative.

We have been providing Web updates through the last week due to the extensive nature of disruptions, and we've tried our best to update as regularly as possible. Still, they are not real-time.

We hope soon to build on this system and provide riders with more accessible and current information. We suggest that on a daily basis you try Customer Service, and we apologize for the busy signals -- with so much disruption right now, our call volume is extremely high. When atypical situations occur that cause widespread service disruptions, we will continue to use our web site, Twitter and blog to provide as much information as possible to riders.

You may wish to read our recent blog post in which we talk more about Twitter and how we've received and disseminated information throughout the recent storms: http://transitpgh.blogspot.com/2010/02/lets-talk-twitter.htmlPort Authority of Allegheny Countyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14087210880576559477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1899602846859544461.post-34300643601573107552010-02-16T15:23:37.813-05:002010-02-16T15:23:37.813-05:00It would be wonderful if route changes that happen...It would be wonderful if route changes that happen 'on the fly' could be communicated quickly to be posted on the website/blog.
